Claire Vero is a huge believer in scientifically proven skincare that delivers effective results having forged herself as an expert in dermatology whilst working for the world’s leading global pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company, GlaxoSmithKline. After discovering the power of probiotics she was compelled to follow her dream to create a revolutionary skincare company that offers women access to age prevention above and beyond antioxidants expertly fusing science with the most natural of formulations. Claire has since won over 65 awards for her work in pushing the boundaries of natural skincare. Her inspiration: that every day should start and end with luxurious, exquisite skincare.
This year started with Aurelia Probiotic Skincare being thrilled to welcome Sara Halton, a leading figure in the beauty and retail industry to undertake the role of COO and CFO. Sara's wealth of knowledge and passion is simply incredible and is paving the way to achieve the goal of increasing the availability of our skincare to women worldwide, so everyone can experience the power of probiotics! Sara is a keen swimmer and novice rower, plays the trumpet, has 2 children and 2 beautiful silver tabby cats and a full motorbike licence.
The start of 2017 sees Helen Smith joining us as Chief Commercial Officer, a highly motivated leader with an affinity for developing well loved brands. She is customer focused in all that she does and brings a wealth of experience in growing multi-channel businesses. Passionate about skincare, Helen is now a true Aurelia convert, her favourite product is without question the Refine & Polish Miracle Balm - a game changer!
As Aurelia's PR Director Anna has been invaluable in shaping Aurelia Probiotic Skincare into a brand that puts women’s beauty needs at its heart. Anna is a skincare expert having worked with many of the world's biggest brands and has a vast wealth of PR experience within the health & beauty industry. Anna has been a tough critic of the blends and textures of all the Aurelia products in order to perfect them and throughout this journey she has developed a love for probiotics.
Hannah was tempted (much to our delight) into skincare from the world of pharmaceuticals having undertaken key Commercial roles at GlaxoSmithKline. There she launched prescription medicines in the UK and Europe as well as leading the UK salesforce operations. With a passion for excellence Hannah has been a key part of Aurelia's journey having joined just 10 months in. Having spent 3 years as our Marketing Director Hannah is now focused on driving international growth of Aurelia via premium retailers.
Charlotte joined as our Commercial Director in 2016 from the KPMG Capital Advisory team, where she also completed an eight month secondment to GlaxoSmithKline. Charlotte is passionate about natural skincare and is a huge convert to the whole Aurelia range with a Sunday evening face mask a new weekly ritual. Outside work Charlotte loves socialising, yoga and walking her miniature dachshund puppy, Poppy!
As a qualified aesthetician Jocelynn has a personal passion for great skincare and we are delighted to welcome Jocelynn to the team to manage and support many of our Global accounts. Jocelynn brings with her a wealth of experience having spent 11 years leading the Global spa channel for Molton Brown.
Leanne joins us in a new role as Key Account Manager and is going to be looking after Liberty and Space NK. As a trained therapist and expert in the benefit of aromatherapy Leanne is also passionate about the importance of delivering 5-star customer service. Leanne will be responsible for our UK brand ambassadors in store.
Antonia joined Aurelia from Space N.K. Apothecary so was already very informed on the latest skincare must haves and is now totally in love with the Aurelia range. Antonia supports our Marketing and PR teams and leads our training. Her other passions include an eclectic mix of make-up, poetry, music and cookery.
With a degree in Law and currently finishing her Masters in Luxury Brand Management we are thrilled to welcome Georgia to the Aurelia Marketing Team. Georgia is so passionate about skincare that she has read Caroline Hirons' blog and Get the Gloss before she is even out of bed in the morning!

Jess now leads the design for Aurelia and the creative process for our new ranges. Having sought out the very best treatments in her youth on the advice of her mother, Jess is dedicated to the importance of caring for her skin and loves going for regular facials. Since joining the team Jess has recognised the need to revamp her routine to include serums and facial oils and has become a firm believer and follower of Aurelia Probiotic Skincare, the next generation in age prevention.
Abi has joined at a critical time as we focus on growing our digital channel. As Aurelia's Digital Marketing Manager Abi's previous expertise in paid and organic search, affiliate marketing and knowledge of all things digital is core to implement our future strategy. She has a cocker spaniel called Alice who we are still waiting to meet in the office!
We are thrilled to welcome Olivia to the team as our Operations Assistant. Olivia has worked as a Brand Ambassador for us in Space NK stores and in Liberty, with expert product knowledge and an incredible sales record. A trained actress, Olivia has featured on television and in film and loves reading beauty blogs, enjoys all things food and drink and has a passion for interior design and animals.
Natalie trained as a chartered accountant and has had over 25 years of experience preparing accounts and business administration for various organisations before joining the Aurelia team. She enjoys going to the theatre, eating out, meeting friends and loves to holiday in the sun. As part of her morning routine she particularly likes using Aurelia’s Miracle Cleanser to refresh her for the day ahead.
Dr Sarah Clarke, qualified at University College Hospital, London and is Aurelia Probiotic Skincare's Medical Consultant. Sarah has always been interested in skincare and is an avid purchaser of quality moisturisers. Trying to juggle family and working life led her to become a freelance consultant and she has been advising both pharmaceutical companies and individuals for many years. She has a clear focus on scientific and clinical outcomes. Her interest in skin care began when her children suffered from eczema as babies and toddlers. Aware of the importance of the right kind of ingredients and the fundamental necessity to keep the skin healthy, Sarah is now a huge fan of Aurelia Probiotic Skincare. In her words it makes her 'glow'.
