EATING HEALTHY IN ISOLATION: OAT SMOOTHIE RECIPE
At Aurelia, we know beautiful skin starts with how the body is fueled. This Oat Smoothie is packed with protein, fiber and probiotics to energize from within.
Earlier in the month model and certified nutritionist Sarah Ann Macklin showed our Instagram how to make her walnut and banana bread while she let the Aurelia Brightening Anti-Pollution Mask work into her skin.

This smoothie can be made in five minutes, perfect for another Mask Task.
Just cleanse the skin with our Miracle Cleanser and Bamboo Muslins. After gently patting dry, apply your favorite Aurelia face mask and make the smoothie before rinsing off. Then finish with your regular Aurelia routine (like using our Probiotic Concentrate or Cell Revitalise Day Moisturiser) while you enjoy the drink!
1 oz oat milk (you can also use almond, soy or dairy milk)
⅓ cup of pineapple
4 tablespoons of natural unsweetened yogurt (Sarah recommends Yeo Valley)
4 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Bee pollen (optional)
You can also add your favourite fruits to mix it up! We recommend frozen raspberries or strawberries.
Step One: Slice the banana, pineapple and other optional fruits.
Step Two: Add the ingredients to the blender.
Step Three: Blend on high until the juice reaches a smooth consistency.
Step Four: Pour into cup and top with optional bee pollen.
